Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure that tightens the vagina after vaginal childbirth or aging.

- Clitorial Hood Reduction
This procedure is most commonly performed along with a labiaplasty (see above). Clitorial Hood Reduction or labial surgery is commonly requested by women who have an excess of skin or “hooding” along the top of the clitoris area. This excess skin (clitoral hood) can be surgically reduced to decrease the bulkiness. Clitoral hood reduction typically takes 45 minutes with local anesthesia.
