To begin the O-shot process, a small amount of blood is first taken from the patient before being processed to separate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) used in the procedure. A topical anesthetic is then used to numb the treatment area and maximize the patient’s comfort. The PRP is then injected into both the clitoral area and the vaginal wall. Injecting PRP into the clitoral area helps enhance feelings of arousal and sensitivity. Meanwhile, injecting the vaginal wall improves tissue health and facilitates lubrication.
